Delinquent Tax Properties Bid Notice

Ends: 9/8/2025
The City of Memphis will accept sealed bids on three properties in the September 8, 2025, Regular City Council Meeting. Bid Forms are available in the City Secretary’s office, 721 Robertson, Memphis, TX 79245, or online at the link below. Only bids that follow the bid form requirements will be accepted. A tax certificate issued by Gina Chavira, Chief Appraiser, at the Hall County Appraisal District must be included with your bid(s). All City utility bills must be current and a $50.00 filing fee will be added to the accepted bid.
Sealed bids are to be received no later than 5:59 p.m. on September 8, 2025, and will be opened in the 6:00 p.m. Regular City Council Meeting. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Begins: 9/8/2025 - 6:00 p.m.
Ends: 9/8/2025 - Till Business is over
The Memphis City Council will meet in the Council Room at Memphis City Hall, 721 W Robertson. All are welcome to attend. Agenda will be posted on Wednesday, September 3rd.
Public Hearing for 2025 City Property Tax
Begins: 9/8/2025 - 6:00 p.m.
Ends: 9/8/2025 - Until business is over
he Public Hearing for the 2025/2026 City Property tax will be held on September 8, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. before the regular City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. where the tax rate will be adopted.
