Here you will find Delinquent Tax Properties aquired by the City of Memphis that you may place a bid on.

The City of Memphis will accept sealed bids on the following properties:

• 511 N 9th St - Minimum Bid $5,200.00

Sealed bids are to be received no later than 12:00 p.m. on May 5, 2026, and will be opened at the Regular City Council Meeting on May 11, 2026. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Please have your property bid form in a sealed envelope upon submission. The property bid requirement form and your Hall County Appraisal District statement of no delinquent tax will not go in the sealed envelope.
